NEW EXHIBIT: STORIES WE TELL. To celebrate Ang INK's 35th Anniversary, Fundacion Sansó is honored to host a special exhibition opening on July 11, 2026, highlighting the illustrator as a powerful storyteller and showcasing the creativity, imagination, and artistry that have defined Ang INK's remarkable journey. FREE ADMISSION.

Founded in 1991, Ang INK (Ang Ilustrador ng Kabataan) is the Philippines' first and only organization dedicated to children's illustration. Through its vibrant community of artists, writers, and educators, it continues to champion the creation of meaningful and engaging stories for children.

This exhibition is especially close to Fundacion Sansó's heart. The late artist and frequent Fundacion Sansó museum collaborator Robert Alejandro was among Ang INK's founding members, while National Artist Larry Alcala, whose estate is under the Fundacion Sansó ICArE Program, was one of its earliest advocates. Together with the late artist and educator Ruben de Jesus, Alcala helped champion what would become a thriving community of children's book illustrators.
