Off Menu Philippines 2026 is back—and this year, we’re bringing chefs and bartenders together under one roof for the first time.

For two nights only, 16 of the country’s most exciting restaurants and bars will team up to create eight exclusive food and cocktail pairings inspired by one another’s signature style. These aren’t dishes or drinks you’ll find on their regular menus. They’re one-off creations made specially for our Off Menu F&B festival!
