About this Event
The Corporate Reset is a 2-hour restorative yoga and sound healing experience created for people carrying the mental load of modern work.
Through supported restorative yoga, breath, stillness, and Himalayan sound healing, you are guided into a slower state where the body can soften, the mind can settle, and the nervous system can downshift.
This is for people who are used to pushing through, but know they need to recover differently.
