People problems rarely arrive as neat legal questions. An employee keeps missing work. A manager wants someone out. A complaint lands on HR's desk. Performance has been poor for months but the documentation is thin. A suspension or termination decision has to be made. Or an NLRC notice suddenly arrives and management has to reconstruct what happened.

TLG After Hours: PEOPLE PROBLEMS is a small, moderated conversation for employers and management decision-makers who deal with these situations in real life. This is not a labor-law lecture and it is not a public legal consultation. TLG lawyers will share recurring patterns they encounter in practice, invite participants to compare general experiences and management approaches, and add the legal perspective when useful.

Expect an intelligent, practical conversation rather than a slide-heavy seminar. We may discuss attendance and AWOL situations, underperformance, internal complaints, discipline, suspension, termination, resignations, workplace communications, NLRC cases and what companies often wish they had done earlier. The conversation will follow the room, so not every topic will necessarily be covered.
